Million Heir-Williams
Was born in Glen Cove, New York. At the age of twenty, she moved to Los Angeles, California. She worked for Kaiser Hospital for twenty years in management. In 2004 she moved to Onslow County where she served as Onslow County Commissioner and Vice President of the Jacksonville-Onslow Chamber of Commerce. Governor Pat McCrory to serve on the Board of Directors for the North Carolina Council for Women.
Heir-Williams is a certified Life Growth & Mental Health Coach and is the President/CEO of Effectual Life Coaching Enterprises. She has a proven track record in establishing rich equitable relationships, which prove to be successful with everyone involved.
She attended the University of Phoenix, studied Business Management, and Liberty University where she studied the field of Psychology with an emphasis in Life Coaching.
Her past community involvement as a Jacksonville Rotarian, Jacksonville-Onslow Chamber of Commerce, Guardian Ad Litem, Onslow County Airport Board of Directors, Onslow County School System Quality Council, Maximizing Student Opportunities Advisory Board, Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, Onslow Hispanic Latino Association (OHLA), and a Mentor for Mothers of Pre-Scholars (MOPS).
Additionally, she is an acclaimed author of several books, some to mention, Military Mom on a Mission: An Advocate for Mental Health, The Millionism Series, and Mental Health is Mental Wealth: A Guide to Self-Care. She has worked with Fortune 500 companies and non-profits to assist their staff and board members with many programs she has developed over the years.
She is the Principal Officer of Seven Times Anointed Ministries International. A non-profit organization 501 (3) (c), that seeks to create awareness, educate, and transform the lives of women and their families to create a better community that ultimately creates a better global platform.
Additionally, she is the visionary of the Mental Health Coalition for Women. It was created to assist women and their loved ones who are challenged with mental health disorders. The organization’s ultimate goal is to speak before Congress to change the current laws that govern mental health in the United States of America.
She is currently serving on the Resident Advisory Committee as a member of the CCMC homeowners association in Forney, TX, and working with the City of Forney and Forney ISD. She is currently a member of the Greater Forney Chamber of Commerce.
